Homeland Security Affairs is the peer-reviewed journal of the Naval Postgraduate School Center for Homeland Defense and Security (CHDS). We publish research on strategies, policies, and ideas for U.S. homeland security and defense.

We accept articles, essays, book reviews, and commentaries from scholars and practitioners worldwide.
